Tragic and shocking reports are coming in from the state of Indiana where a 5-year-old child was seen fatally shooting his toddler brother.
But that’s not the only horrifying ordeal that went on as sources spoke about the child being high on cocaine while the toddler being high on marijuana.
According to tragic reports from local media outlets, 16-month-old Isiah Johnson was reportedly shot in the head by his own brother who happened to be just five years old in age.
The young suspect was found to be high on illegal substances such as cocaine. And later, it was unveiled how his own brother that was just a toddler was high on another illegal substance, marijuana.
“It’s just so tragic, this cannot be happening to our children!”- one community member explained after witnessing the incident that has left people stunned.
The cops arrested the parents and charged them with neglect and for being unaware of all the illegal substances that were lying around their home, easily accessible to the children.
The investigations into the incident explained how the dad was too fast asleep to be aware of what was taking place inside his own home. “This is absolutely felony neglect and we cannot allow this to happen. These are young kids, it’s so alarming”- the leading police investor of the case in Indiana added.
Cops swooping their property found the drugs lying around freely inside their homes. They spoke about how innocent lives can be saved by a little focus and attention from parents sometimes but here, it’s a serious felony crime arising as the parents have no clue of how their little kids’ systems are overloaded with drugs.
The mother was nowhere to be found on the property but the loss of the life of this young child named Isiah has really stunned the family who are now mourning the loss of the little one in the most senseless of crimes.
