Mom of Minneapolis mass shooter Robin Westman worked at Catholic school where he opened fire, killing 2 kids


The mother of a lone transgender gunman who took the lives of two children and injured more than 17 others at the Annunciation Church and Catholic School on Wednesday morning was an employee at this school as per the cops.

While the motives of Robin Westman remain unclear, police ended up identifying the suspect’s mom as Mary Grace Westman who spent nearly five years working as a secretary at the school in Minneapolis until she retired in the year 2021. This was as per a Facebook post shared on the church’s website.

“She has provided such great hospitality, friendship, and compassion to all those who gathered for the past five years at the Annunciation,”- the post went on to mention.

“You will be missed and congratulations on your retirement,”- the church added. Robert L. Heleringer who is Mary Grace’s brother and a former Republican Representative in the Kentucky General Assembly described more about how the family’s strict Catholic upbringing in several op-eds that were published in the 2010s.
