A college senior has reportedly passed away in a tragic incident after falling from his balcony in the Bahamas.

The tragic incident ensued just days before he was all set to graduate.

The student was identified by his school as a senior at Bentley University, whose name was Gaurav Jaisingh, who stayed inside the hotel room on Paradise Island.

Other roommates were present at the time when it was shared how he accidentally fell from the upper-level balcony at nearly 10 pm on Sunday, as shared by the Royal Bahamas Police Force.

‘He was found in an unresponsive state on the lower floor’- the authorities shared. He is believed to have succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the hospital, and the investigation is currently ongoing on this matter.

Bentley University shared in another statement with People Magazine how they were so profoundly sad about Jaisingh’s death.

One of the students, Gaurav Jaisingh, died last night in a tragic accident during the yearly senior class trip in the Bahamas, as mentioned by the school.

The school is said to stay silent as the investigation continues, as they respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time, who are in mourning.
