Qatar Airways has decided to defend its crew members after it chose to seat a deceased individual next to a vacationing couple in economy class.
As per reports from local media outlets, the couple has decided to sue the airline for the shocking behavior.
Source revealed how it was beyond astonishing to see the behavior of the crew members who forced the elderly man and woman to remain stuck in their seats for four long hours, despite knowing well that it was a long haul flight.
If that was not enough, the crew members told the passengers that they would not be allowed to move from their seats after this.
This left them very terrified and shocked, let alone appalled at the behavior of the crew who disregarded how uncomfortable it would be.
Other reports shared spoke about how the deceased passenger was first accommodated in business class, but that didn’t work. Therefore, instead of shifting these passengers to business, they thought to shift the body into economy.
The airline refuses to see their fault in the matter and expressed full confidence in the crew, who they claim did the right thing and were only following usual protocol for such kinds of events.
