US fighters carried out a series of aerial attacks on Houthi rebels in Yemen that killed at least 3o people in an effort to stop Houthi attacks on ships.

The news comes as President Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to target suspected members of the Venezuelan gang that could enable the removal of unauthorized immigrants with little due process.

Houthi rebels claimed another attack on the US naval vessel and referred to this as a major retaliation for US strikes in Yemen.

A spokesperson for Houthi explained on Monday that fighters launched 18 missiles and a drone at the aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman and its related warships.

The US military explained how it was continuing to work hard and bring down the group that had been making lives for various shipping vessels miserable for so long.
