President Joe Biden has shocked audiences around the country after his recent speech on the country’s supply chain issues in North Carolina.
According to local media reports, the President not only appeared disoriented but also made a series of false statements during his speech. And just in case that was not enough, he was even seen sticking out his hand to shake thin air.
After a while, the President realized that there was no one to shake hands with. Hence, he looked around and then went off stage.
The 79-year-old reportedly mentioned during his speech how he had served as a professor who worked full-time at the University of Pennsylvania for four whole years. But sources mentioned how that was indeed false and many were baffled as to why he would be making such a statement publicly.
In addition to that, sources added how the President has never taught any class at school, let alone an entire university.
Moments after Biden ended his speech abruptly, he boldly stated, “God bless you all” and was then seen turning towards his right side, and speaking something towards the invisible space behind him. And before you know it, he mimed an entire handshake and walked off.
The news comes at a time when so many are questioning the President’s mental state and sanity last week, Biden appeared extremely confused and disoriented again during a public event where ex-President Barack Obama arrived at the White House for the first time since he left his office.
The bizarre incident has caught plenty of attention with republican Ted Cruz sharing the clip and captioning it with a ‘wide-eyed’ emoji.
During the same speech, the President also informed the crowd how the current state of the US economy and the ongoing inflation could well be blamed upon Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
