Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds will be forced to turn over all texts, emails, and messages sent about Justin Baldoni and the movie It Ends With Us with immediate effect.
The high-flying star couple from Hollywood were named defendants in the blockbuster lawsuit filed by the star last week which might see them facing a major $400 million payout if he prevails.
Both Lively and Reynolds alongside their PR supremo Leslie Sloane were also slammed with deposition requests that will see the duo ordered to provide hours of testimony and get quizzed by Baldoni’s lawyers.
Another source who was familiar with the matter spoke to Daily Mail about how all parties need to be aware of getting subpoenaed and deposed.
The impending subpoenas are another sign that the gloves are coming off in this epic legal battle between the glam stars and the director.
Both Lively and Baldoni’s first feud arose in speculations of discord linked to on-set domestic abuse drama on the movie’s shooting that heated up even further when the film was being promoted.
This was accompanied by the movie’s release that took place last year in August.
