According to the British intelligence company, Russian invaders appear to be in “complete disarray” with some soldiers arguing about their orders and others resorting to mutiny.

In one of the intercepted messages, a Russian soldier was reportedly heard crying while in another an angry fighter complained about a lack of supplies including food and fuel as he yelled: “We’ve been here for three days! When the hell is it going to be ready?”

In another recording, a Russian soldier was heard arguing with who appeared to be an operative from the command center about their orders to bomb a civilian area.

ShadowBreak also insisted that Russian soldiers can be heard insulting and arguing in other recordings. Some messages allegedly also serve as “proof” that Russia is committing war crimes by bombing urban areas despite the presence of civilians.

“What we have found is that the Russian operatives are operating in complete disarray. They have no clue where they are going and how to really communicate with each other properly,” Samuel Cardillo, the founder of ShadowBreak, said in an interview with The Telegraph.

“There were periods where we heard them [Russian soldiers] crying in combat, a period where they were insulting each other – obviously not a sign of great morale.”

Furthermore, some video recordings allegedly show frustrated Russian troops retreating and returning to Russia in defiance of their orders.

Meanwhile, a senior US defense official suggested that some Russian troops went as far as to “deliberately” make holes in petrol tanks and the tires of their vehicles in hopes of avoiding unnecessary bloodshed.
