Russian troops have successfully managed to seize complete control of Chernobyl as Ukraine issues a grave warning regarding how radiation levels are on the rise.

One Atomic Entergy Agency in Vienna stated how Ukraine confirmed that no casualties or destruction had taken place at that industrial site.
