Three members of a family famed for their TLC show called Meet the Putmans were reportedly killed in a horrific car crash.
Five of the other family members, which included four children, were also rushed to the hospital after that horror collision with a semi-truck that allegedly ran a huge stop sign.
Meet the Putmans’ grandparents, Papa’ Bill and ‘Neenee’ Barb, as well as the daughter-in-law, Megan, were said to be amongst those that couldn’t survive, the family shared in a statement that was published on social media. ‘They have gone back to be with the Lord,’- the post read.
Megan’s partner, Blake, and their three kids, Lulu, Noah, and Alena, including niece Gia, were injured and are currently receiving hospital care.
This crash took place on Friday night in Tuscola County in Michigan, which is nearly 100 miles north of Detroit. Cops were seen rushing after reports about an unknown collision took center stage between two vehicles at about 9 pm that same night.
A 55-year-old man from Florida was arrested at the scene after finding he had allegedly run the stop sign while driving a commercial semi-truck with one female passenger.
The truck plowed into the jeep carrying eight members of the Putman family. This includes Barb, Bill, and Megan, who were pronounced dead at the scene.
