Tragic reports are speaking about the fairytale proposal that arose aboard a hot air balloon that soon turned into a nightmare.

The balloon not only crashed but also killed the pregnant passenger on board. The terrifying incident took place in the Brazilian city of Capela, as per reports from local media outlets.

College student Gabrielle Nascimento was joined by her engineer fiancé for a seven-hour drive from their home to a city in São Paulo.

They both arrived on Sunday at about 5 am and were seen visiting a company that offers sightseeing flights over the city. But they soon started to express doubts over whether or not their trip would take place due to strong winds. Little were they aware of the tragedy that was going to arise before them.

The woman shared how her husband proposing like that was not something she had ever thought of in her dreams. But her fairytale soon turned into a nightmare due to how horrid it was. While the couple did manage to safely eject, sadly one pregnant woman died in the end.
