Prince Harry regrets some of his actions since Megxit, and his trip to the UK was about resetting his relationship with his family and the British people, as per one insider.
The Duke of Sussex is currently in Ukraine today after four days of successful engagements in London and Nottingham, as well as a reconciliation meeting with the King for the first time in 19 months.
As per one royal source, he spoke to the Daily Mail last week about how he was excited for his entry back into the UK, which is his home.
He also shared how this could be the start of something great, as he looks forward to having him, his wife, Meghan, and his two kids become part of a functioning wider family again. The King is said to be very keen on rebuilding his relationship with his son and wants to spend time with his grandkids Archie and Lilibet, who he hasn’t seen for more than three years.
“It’s becoming clear that Harry now regrets some of his actions and decisions. He wants to reset his relationship with his loved ones and with the people of the United Kingdom’- another insider added.
‘It’s so hard to see him in this manner ever coming back to live in the UK, but this might be the start of something that at least allows him to be a functioning part of the palace again,’- the royal source mentioned.
