President Trump just got the first real threat of impeachment during his second term from a leading lawmaker on Wednesday.

Rep Al Green from Texas shared more on the matter including how the movement was designed to impeach the head of state again.

‘I rise to announce that I will bring Articles of Impeachment against the president for dastardly deeds rolled out and dastardly deeds are done’- he shared as remarks on the House floor.

The Democrat mentioned during his announcement in reply to Trump’s support for the ethnic cleansing of all Palestinians in Gaza.

Trump made the comments during his recent meeting with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Tuesday. This is where they were believed to discuss issues like war.

This sparked major debate after Hamas invaded Israel in October of 2023 and carried out the biggest single-day murder of the Jews since the arrival of the Holocaust.

During the joint press briefing, Trump mentioned how the US would be forced to resort to troops to take over the Gaza Strip if necessary. He hoped Arab nations would step up to the plate and take in the people of Palestine.
