Harrowing new details were shared from a 911 call made after Gene Hackman was found dead at his residence.
The frantic male caller can be heard telling the dispatcher that he found two lifeless bodies. Therefore, he started to plead for help at the actor’s compound in Santa Fe in New Mexico.
The report was shared by media outlet TMZ, which mentioned that the caller was so emotional and couldn’t stop crying and sniffing because he was overcome with grief.
Disturbingly, the caller is believed to be one of the two maintenance men who stumbled across the bodies, but whether they stumbled across one or two is yet to be shared.
Hackman and his wife were found partially mummified in two separate rooms at their $3.3M residence on Wednesday afternoon.
The dispatcher is heard asking the caller for more details about the patient, but the caller failed to give any details about the ages and genders of those involved.
He simply is heard mentioning that there was no movement coming from inside the homes. The caller happened to be standing outside, looking through a window while making this 911 call.
Investigators fear that the duo were lying dead inside the mansion for up to two weeks as the pacemaker’s last activity recorded was from more than 10 days ago.
