Man Ends Up EATING Cadbury’s ‘Rare Chocolate Creme Egg’ Worth $13,000


One man has been left utterly disappointed and frustrated after he ended up eating a prized chocolate egg from Cadbury’s annual egg hunt promotion.

The man revealed how defeated and gobsmacked he felt over the ordeal, where the egg he ate was worth a staggering prize money of $13,000. But only he had known about the deal earlier, he could have been a lot richer in money, instead of only calories.

Chocolate lovers still have nearly 7 days left until the time left for the competition runs out and the annual Easter egg hunt competition comes to a halt.

To win, all you need to do is track down one of the very rare eggs and also prevent yourself from consuming it too.

However, one man just didn’t have the best of days in terms of luck because he ended up eating it whole, adding how he never received any such memo about the golden egg.

The very delectable half white and half milk chocolate egg is certainly a treat worth consuming but when there’s so much money at stake, we bet everyone would resist the urge.

As far as the man who ate the prized possession is concerned, well, he’s having a hard time digesting all the facts.

Recently, he revealed on Reddit how he saw the advert for the promotion later, and by then, the chocolate egg had been done and dusted.

“I had thrown the foil wrapper inside a public trash can too. Who knew that I was going to be missing out on so much cash”- the anonymous student explained.

“I am an international student who has arrived in the UK for study purposes. For this reason, I am just not great at keeping up with ads”- he explained.

Well, it’s definitely a tragic story but he hopes he can stop feeling guilty because right now, the feeling is indescribably and we don’t mean it in a good way.
