Rosie O’Donnell is making some false claims about how transgender Minneapolis Catholic School Shooter was a Republican, MAGA person, and a white supremacist.
The former talk show host was seen going on a bizarre rant through social media, and it was clear that she did not wish to hold back. The news comes after the shooter had scribbled Kill Donald Trump on one of his gun magazines, so many question why she would assume such a thing in the first place.
But the claim is being called out as a major lie and contradiction, as it fails to provide any kind of evidence.
The 29-year-old shooter named Robin Westman is said to have left behind a disturbing manifesto and social media posts that clearly depicted hatred of Trump and even showed scribbling of Kill Donald Trump mentioned on one of his rifle magazines, alongside the nihilistic ramblings, racist, and anti-semitic insults.
Westman’s manifesto also entailed some statements of despair over gender identity. As per fact checkers and other law enforcement and national media sources, there were zero links found that speak about the Republican Party, MAGA movement, or any kind of white supremacist organization.
Still, O’Donnell refused to back down and doubled in on her claims.
