BREAKING: The Queen’s Funeral Date Confirmed As Late Monarch’s Body Will Lay For ‘FOUR Clear Days’ In Westminster Hall


The late Queen’s funeral date has been confirmed as more details regarding the high-profile event were recently outlined to the public.

According to local media outlets, the Queen’s funeral will reportedly take place on Monday, September 19 at Westminister Abbey.

This will be right after her body is allowed to lay in state at the Westminster Hall for four clear days, sources have confirmed. At the same time, more reports spoke about the monarch’s body being accompanied to London by Princess Anne.

The public will be able to see the monarch lying in state at St. Giles in Edinburgh and Westminster Hally in London, sources have added.

The Queen’s body will leave Balmoral at about 10 am on Sunday and then travel to the Palace of Holyroodhouse in the Scottish capital.

Her coffin is stated to be transported to the RAF Northolt in London on Tuesday, right before the funeral takes place on September 19.

Following the funeral, the coffin would be taken again in a procession from Westminister Abbey to Wellington Arch, and from there onwards it will be sent to Windsor via road.

The Queen’s coffin is currently lying in the Balmoral Castle’s ballroom. It will be taken to St.Giles Cathedral where it will soon be kept to rest on Tuesday.

On Monday, Royal insiders confirmed how King Charles will personally lead the procession for his late mother’s final rites. He will walk at the head as it makes its way down the streets of Edinburgh. He will be located at the front of the entire royal party and it will head toward St Giles’ Cathedral, sources confirmed today.

The King, Queen Consort, and Prince William will fly by air to Edinburgh while other members of the royal family will join them soon, following in cars and some even walking.
