The Russian president stands accused of having two secret sons with his gymnast lover.
A new report by the Swiss newspaper Sonntagszeitung claims that Vladimir Putin has two illegitimate sons with his alleged gymnast lover Alina Kabaeva, MailOnline revealed.
As the shocking report claims, the Russian strongman’s first son was born at a VIP clinic in Switzerland back in 2015. The second son was reportedly born in Moscow in 2019 after the obstetrician who delivered Alina’s first baby flew to Russia to assist with the delivery of her second child.
The allegations were shared by Sonntagszeitung after an unnamed source told the paper they came upon this information due to their alleged ties to Kabaeva and their knowledge of the obstetrician who delivered Putin’s sons.
The Swiss report also noted that Putin, who has been actively denying his relationship with the gymnast for many years, was not present at either of the births.
“Our source says clearly: ‘Alina’s relationship with Putin existed. Their children – two sons – are Putin’s children. Alina had no other relationship. That would have been too dangerous for her,’” the publication claimed.
The allegations fiercely contradict Putin who officially only acknowledged his children with his first wife Lyudmila.
Dr Maria Vorontsova, Putin’s firstborn, is a rare genetic diseases expert and works at the National Medical Research Center for Endocrinology.
Her younger sister, Katerina Tikhonova, is a former acrobatic dancer who currently works as the deputy director of Moscow State University’s Institute for Mathematical Research of Complex Systems.
Like Putin, both of his legitimate daughters have been sanctioned by the West following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
