A petition calling for Russian President Vladimir Putin to face a war crimes trial has reportedly gone above its initial target of one million signatures.

According to local media reports, Russia’s head of state has reportedly faced severe condemnation for his alleged atrocities through the intense hostility by Russian troops in Ukraine.

And that is why so many people from around the world feel the time has come to punish him, similar to the way he has been killing so many innocent civilians who have done absolutely nothing wrong.

“He is solely responsible for the destruction that is taking place in Ukraine and he deserves to receive punishment for that”- stated one furious Ukrainian citizen.

With almost 1 million signatures received from people, the target was met in just a few days. Hence, now, the target has reportedly been increased to 1.5 million and many are hopeful that it would be attained very soon too.

The war has entered into its fourth week and many civilians are being targeted as Russian troops increase hostility upon residential buildings, shopping complexes, and schools too.
