The heartwarming image featured Prince George beaming with a giant smile across his face as he accompanied her Majesty and could be seen sharing a hilarious moment together that made the duo laugh.

The 96-year-old monarch who is reportedly very close to all of her great-grandchildren is commonly referred to as Gan-Gan by little George.

George who is Prince William and Kate Middleton’s oldest son will be turning 9 today, and the country couldn’t be more proud of the way the little prince has turned out.

The beautiful image was shared through the Queen’s official account on Instagram. This picture is believed to have been taken during her Majesty’s recent platinum jubilee celebrations where all of her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids took part to make the most of the high-profile and special event.

The message from the monarch’s official account stated the following during the morning hours: “Happy 9th Birthday Prince George!” and that was accompanied by an adorable cake emoji too!

The message was soon followed by a loving celebratory wish from his grandfather Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla. They wrote: “Happy 9th Birthday to little Prince George” and this came with a cute little ice cream emoji.

For now, there are no updates about any public wishes being sent out by his aunt and uncle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry, and Meghan. But it’s not known if the couple would be sharing the wish privately or continue with it publicly like other members of the royal family.
