Tragic reports have confirmed the death of a loving mother who was accidentally shot and killed by her own son.

According to local media outlets, the teen from Wisconsin was trying to protect his mother from the assault carried out by his abusive stepdad.

But while protecting her, he accidentally turned the trigger on her, and she passed away as a result of that.

Now, his father is facing charges in her death, as per officials from Milwaukee. They shared more about how 26-year-old Ziare Dalton was abusing the 17-year-old’s mom, and that’s when the teen thought he’d seen enough.

To further protect her, he took out the weapon to try and ward him away, but it did the unthinkable in the end.

Sources shared how there were two other kids inside the residence at the time of the killing, and they were mortified to learn about what had taken place to their mother before their eyes.

The mother reported to 911 first responders how Dalton was abusing her and now he was turning to beat her teenage son, saying he was going to kill him.

He son started shooting while she was on the phone with 911, and the recording captured 10 gunshots.
