It’s not the news that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry would appreciate but the couple was officially downgraded across the official Buckingham Palace website.
According to reports from local media outlets, the pair did step down from their positions as senior royal members working for the family in January 2020. However, their profiles were always present there in full.
Both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had profiles comprising close to thousands of words each. Today, it’s no longer there and has suddenly vanished, sparking more controversy as to why it was taken down.
Meanwhile, more reports spoke about how the images and the respective biographies can no longer be found. In just 30 minutes, they were replaced by something much smaller, and as per royal insiders, it was quite embarrassing, to say the least.
The profiles are seen on the page’s bottom and they are even below the Duke of York, Prince Andrew. This led to a whole debate on social media with fans having all sorts of feedback on the matter.
