Prince Harry was pictured at Sunday’s Super Bowl at the Crypto Stadium in Los Angeles.
Seated inside a private box with leather seats, the Duke of Sussex appeared to enjoy the star-studded event without his wife Meghan and their children.
Instead, the 37-year-old royal was pictured alongside his cousin, Princess Eugenie, whose disgraced father is facing a civil rape case in the States.
After the pictures of the two cousins hit social media, some viewers mistook Princess Eugenie for Meghan Markle due to the face mask and hat that covered the majority of her face.
While the rift between Harry and his royal family remains very evident, Meghan previously dubbed Eugenie her friend during an interview with Oprah.
“Eugenie and I had known each other before I had known Harry, so that was comfortable. We’re friends with them as a couple,” the Duchess said of her royal ally last March when she accused an unnamed royal member of racism and claimed life in the palace left her feeling suicidal.
Last year, Harry and Meghan revealed they were expecting baby Lilibet shortly after Eugenie and Jack welcomed a baby boy into their family.
“Congratulations dear cousins.. we couldn’t be happier for you all,” Eugenie wrote as she congratulated her cousin and his partner on their second baby.
At the time, a royal insider also revealed that Eugenie and Jack are very close to the couple that left their lives as royals in the past.
“These times tend to bring families together. What is lovely is Eugenie having her baby as Harry and Meghan are having theirs. They are very close,” the source said.
