President Donald Trump is facing serious backlash after bragging about his own ability to dodge bullets after attending an event where he honored assassinated activist Charlie Kirk.
Speaking during a White House ceremony to posthumously award Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the President stated more about his Middle East peace deal and DC’s crime crackdown, vented against ABC Veterans, and even went as far as to boast about his 2024 election victory.
But it was the president’s comments regarding cheating death that raised the biggest shock and concern amongst the masses.
Speaking more about political violence in the USA, Trump accused people on the left of hitting vehicles at federal law enforcement agents and firing sniper rifles at the ICE agents. The President added how he made a turn at the right time, and turning right is what saved him from dying. He referenced his golden life-saving moment when he miraculously shifted his head and avoided the bullet of would-be assassin Thomas Michael Crooks in Pennsylvania.
He’s bragging he’s so much better at dodging bullets than Charlie, one person commented, calling Trump shameless and unbelievable on the X app. Another said that it’s only Trump who could turn someone else’s tragedy into a story about his ear.
