Terrifying reports have confirmed some startling reports about a plane crashing into a home in Germany.
Dramatic pictures were shared of firefighters trying to hose down the smouldering building after the flames were extinguished.
The mangled remains of the aircraft could be seen lying on the floor beside the huge hole in the wall.
Officers reportedly explained to the German news agency dpa that one of the two individuals killed happened to be a 71-year-old pilot.
The pilot hailed from Dusseldorf and seemed to be seated alone inside the plane, they shared.
It’s not known whether there was another person who was a passenger on the plane or happened to be on the ground at the unfortunate moment that the plane crashed.
Firefighters responded in numbers, with the local control center saying that around 50 personnel were deployed during that moment in time.
They somehow managed to put out the flames immediately. As of right now, the cause of this crash is yet to be known, but investigations are taking place to determine the fatal outcome.
The news comes after a plane burst into a fireball in March after ramming into a home in Minnesota and killing everyone onboard and leaving behind a mega inferno.
