Pizza happens to be one of the world’s most popular fast foods but this next story has left one customer deeply unimpressed with a restaurant’s poor service.
One man reportedly bought a pizza from Sainsbury recently but after his terrible experience, he certainly won’t be coming back for more.
Tom Scott who works as a product designer says that the staff from the Sainsbury where he purchased his pizza are now resorting to cleaver tactics when it comes to serving food.
And that’s because he was mortified to see how cleverly the kitchen staff had tried to disguise their lack of toppings on the actual pizza by covering up the top of the box with the Sainsbury logo.
Hungry as ever, Tom says that he was really looking forward to his warm meal on a cold and tiring day. But to his misery, what he got served was certainly that blew his mind.
“My pizza almost had nothing on it. It was unbelievable what these people planned to do”- he explained in a furious tone.
The final product included the base and sauce with no toppings and just a few strands of cheese.
Tom says that he never expected a place like Sainsbury to indulge in such awful tactics and poor customer service but he was more than disappointed to learn about their intentions.
Now, the young man is taking to social media to share his experience with the world because he believes it’s so important to highlight issues like this so others can be aware.
The sad-looking pizza is now going viral on social media and Tom hopes to get his money back because what he got served was certainly not worth anything. Do you agree?
If you got a pizza like that delivered from a famous chain, what would your reaction be?
