Fans are going wild after the producer of the famous movie franchise Pirates of the Caribbean shared his thoughts about inviting Johnny Depp for the sixth movie.
Jerry Bruckheimer shared more details about how he knows that Depp would never say no to him, adding how he’s the true star of the film.
The producer shared his thoughts during a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, which was published on Tuesday. When asked about a sixth film, he did agree that it was what fans needed, and he was more than open to the idea.
‘There is certainly a way that I believe Depp would reprise his iconic role as Captain Jack Sparrow,’- he continued.
‘If he likes the way the part’s written, then I think he would end up doing it,’- the producer added.
Depp first played the role of Jack Sparrow in the 2003 Pirates Film, followed by four sequels. After his legal battle victory against Amber Heard, a rep shared how rumors about Depp returning to the Pirates franchise were totally false. But then, in 2023, a source close to him shared how he could potentially make a comeback to the series.
