Katy Perry has just won a legal case that has ended up evicting a disabled veteran from her residence, sources have confirmed today.
The songstress filed a case to have the veteran removed despite knowing he lacked the mental capacity to sell the home to her and Orlando Bloom. Now, the family of the veteran is speaking out on the matter and calling the celeb greedy for money and fame, lacking tolerance and compassion to sit down and solve the matter in a civilized manner.
The family of the disabled veteran is now denouncing Katy Perry’s greed in carrying out a fight for the home. They feel the star should be a little more compassionate towards others instead of always making it about money.
Carl Westcott was ousted after Perry won a court battle to have him removed, despite knowing he was suffering from a debilitating condition.

The veteran’s son says he is going to fight back and appeal against the decision because God knows it’s not the right one, he added.
The family is also waiting for Katy Perry’s in-person testimony and that’s where they wish to confront her regarding possible sanctions linked to perjury.
They claim to have plenty of evidence that proves how contradicting the star has been in terms of her actions and her statements. And that is what left them stunned by the outcome of the case.
