Terrifying reports are speaking about at least 10 people losing their lives in a heartbreaking and tragic plane crash in San Diego.
At first, no reports of any casualties were made, but now it has been confirmed that the death toll from the incident has risen to 10.
A huge fireball erupted after the crash, setting several homes and cars on fire. As per officials, at least 15 homes were said to be impacted in the crash.
Neighbors spoke to NBC7, talking about how they heard a loud sound of a boom with a mega explosion, and that’s when they saw a huge blaze.
All the residents were evacuated from the neighborhood due to the HAZMAT situation, and the evacuations reportedly expanded to several streets from where the exact crash took place.
The incident arose at 4 am on Thursday at the 3100 block of Salmon Street. Debris, such as huge parts of the plane, was seen scattered around that neighborhood.
Even a giant power pole was seen being brought down to the ground during the incident, and that created a massive power outage for residents located there.
There are reports about the plane’s fuel running out on the residential street, leading to an emergency evacuation.
