The gunman who killed two innocent children and injured nearly 18 people at the Minneapolis Catholic School and church had recently broken up with his romantic partner.
He was previously said to have had a medical mental health call made to his residence when he was just a teenager, as per reports from the police.
The father, who goes by the name Robin Westman, explained to investigators that the shooter had broken up with their significant other, who served as a romantic partner. They had been staying with a friend due to this in St. Louis Park.
Police also made claims about the 2018 welfare check at the residence of the shooter’s mother, with the incident involving a juvenile, as per police records.
The details of this call still remain unclear, but it’s getting classified as a medical mental health call, showing proof of how he was not doing well.
While the name of the romantic partner is yet to be revealed, Westman mentioned more details about a person in the twisted manifesto. The relationship with that person, dubbed Aby in the Cyrillic code that the manifesto was written in and deciphered, seemed to be on the rocks.
