Madeleine McCann’s parents are having their say on their daughter’s 17th year anniversary since her disappearance.
The parents were seen making a heartbreaking statement on the tragic occasion recently where they claimed that their daughter’s absence still aches them like no other.
The touching post on social media has people talking where it wrote all of their feelings into words and that was just devastating for some to read. “It’s been 17 years since our baby girl was taken away. It’s hard to even mention how long it’s been since she’s gone”- they continued.
The family says that they are fortunate in many ways but to try and live a normal and enjoyable life at this moment in time is so hard. ‘The living in limbo’ was mentioned where they complained about how their hearts ache knowing that their is an absence or void that can never be fulfilled.
The support is going to encourage them to do better and keep going on in life but they hope the love and hope they and others have for their daughter will only continue to grow strong. “There will always be a will to find her, even after all these years passing. We are so thankful for that”- they added.
Starting April of this year, their daughter would be 20. Her parents mentioned how nothing is more heartbreaking than seeing the man accused of kidnapping their child also be accused of a long list of offenses with other kids that weren’t related to their daughter’s case.
