Firefighters are responding to a massive explosion at a building in Palm Springs that caused five people to get injured on Saturday.
Investigators have yet to rule out terrorism as a major reason behind this incident. As per reports from local media outlets, the blast took place shortly after 11 am at the American Reproductive Centers on North Indian Canyon Drive, near East Tachevah Drive, and the shockwaves were felt two miles away.

Several witnesses reported hearing a loud boom, and dramatic videos shared on social media showed the massive explosion shattering windows of a nearby liquor store.
Authorities mentioned how they did not confirm whether the explosion was accidental or intentional, but Hutchinson said there seems to be at least one fatality.
The suspect was reported to be dead as per the authorities. Sources from NBC Palm Springs described the matter as a massive car explosion, though officials are yet to confirm the real cause or release more details on the matter.
US Attorney Bill Essayli shared on X that his office is well aware of the Palm Springs explosion and even confirmed to the FBI is on the scene investigation, whether it was intentional, with more details to be shared as investigations pick up the pace.
