Singer Pink wants the world to know that social media brings no good to society and that’s the prime reason she does not want to give her daughter one.

The star spoke on the matter and tried to reveal how almost all the people in her class have a phone but she does not. And the reason behind all of that is very interesting, fans thought.

The singer has been very upfront about this matter since day one. She feels that people need to realize that sometimes you need to do what’s in your child’s best interest and not blindly follow the pack.

This is why when it came down to show her love, she knew that she would be restricting her from a cell phone, no matter how much she hated it.

The star recalls how she never even thought about having such privileges and gadgets at her school. After all, you’re too young and the purpose right now should be focused on learning new things from textbooks and not social media.

This is why she feels how important it is to really pull up your socks as a parent and learn to say no because if you don’t, it’s going to harm them.

When the celeb was questioned about falling into the trap of society and caving into her feelings and letting children have what they may, she was very bold about her decision.

“I did what I did for her good. It’s a deal. If she can prove to me that social media has an ounce worth of greatness and benefit for mankind, then I’ll be the first one to get her a phone”- the starlet claims.

Pink was applauded for this behavior. She really had her fans at a standstill and loved how she was serving as role model goals for others that simply fall into the pressure of doing what others love to do.
