Actor Robert De Niro is over the moon after welcoming a child at the age of 79.
The star faced plenty of backlash when he failed to go public with the news that suddenly came out during a recent interview. Many people couldn’t help but wonder who the child’s mother was and what the baby looked like.
But all the mystery and suspense came to an end when the leading celeb not only shared a first glimpse of the baby with the world but also revealed her name and who the mother of the child was.
The Hollywood legend says she’s more than excited to welcome a new member to the family while putting up the most loving and adorable image of himself and wife Tiffany who he confirmed as the baby’s mother.
Her name is Gia Virginia and she’s an adorable little bubble who has brought love and light into the couple’s life. The news was very silently mentioned and many couldn’t help but wonder if that had to the with the fact that the star was 79 and certainly not the right age to be having kids.
It was only recently that he was slammed by a popular television host for acting irresponsibly and having children.
Similarly, his wife Tiffany was offered brutal advice linked to undergoing a vasectomy procedure to avoid having more kids at this age as that would be selfish for the person entering this world because she felt they would have to face the world alone when their parents wouldn’t be by their side.
The couple is believed to have welcomed the child at the start of last month but it was done quietly behind closed doors.
When questioned if the baby was planned or not, the actor was bold enough to admit that she was indeed planned and both members of the couple wanted one and were beyond ecstatic at her arrival.
