Khloe Kardashian just changed her son’s name and fans are wondering why it took the leading star from Keeping Up With The Kardashians so long to make the decision.
The 39 year old legally altered her baby’s name to Tatum Thompson after referring to him as Baby Kardashian on his birth certificate as per the latest reports by People Magazine.
The news comes after a judge from Los Angeles was seen speaking about the county granted the star the permission on Thursday. Moreover, other sources added how the timing of Tatum’s birth had his parents confused about what to name the child.
Hence, the star reportedly did not wish to rush and so opted to name the baby. And as one can imagine, it’s causing a stir because fans feel the family really has a probably when it comes down to naming children and this is the latest example of just that.
The star welcomed the baby with NBA player Tristan Thompson and the entire delivery process was outlined to be a much controversial affair because firstly, it was done through a surrogate. And secondly, her former lover was famed as a notorious cheater.

At the start, Khloe reportedly gave her son Tatum the legal surname of the Kardashians. This was done at the time of his birth. But as time went on, she thought it was best if he took on the last name of his dad and that’s when it was changed to Thompson.
