Tennis superstar Novak Djokovic collapsed on court at the Shanghai Masters due to brutal weather conditions, including serious heat.
The star was previously seen vomiting on court as he slammed the tournament’s adverse playing conditions. However, that didn’t stop the world champion from recovering and coming out on top to beat Jaume Munar during the same match.
After collapsing, he was offered immediate medical aid and water as his trainer was seen pulling up onto a chair during the incident.
This week, brutally hot and humid conditions have taken a toll on a number of players in China. Djokovic appeared like he was in trouble again during the play, but he did manage to pull off an outstanding performance towards the end, beating his opponent.
After losing a long second set on a gruelling point, Djokovic lay sprawled out behind the baseline before eventually being helped back up onto his chair by a trainer.
The star has already been treated for an apparent left Achilles issue and now it seems like the star player might not be able to continue but after getting his vitals checked, the fourth seed roused himself to make it throught and enter the quarter finals.
