57-year-old actor Nicolas Cage and his 26-year-old wife Riko Shibata never miss out on an opportunity to stand out in public and their recent trip to New York City was certainly no exception.
Dressed head to toe in matching black leather outfits, the couple did what they are best known for, and that is standing out!
On Sunday, Nicolas opted to coordinate with his wife’s ensembles as they made their way to a number of leading shops in New York City.
Hand in hand and smiling for the press, the couple made sure everyone had their eyes on them as they waved for pictures before making their way inside.
But this time around, the couple was not shopping for clothes, the star duo was actually in search of some collectibles for their home as they were seen purchasing a purple head statue of the late and iconic star musician Prince.
Both Nicolas and his wife chose to don an edgier style than what they’re renowned for.
The actor paired his black denim jeans, which featured a number of holes on the front, with a patterned shirt in red and grey color. This was accompanied by a black-toned leather jacket that had roses painted all over it. And how can you forget the actor’s signature style where his initials could also be seen on the jacket’s front.
The star completed his attire with a pair of black leather boots and for the accessories, he chose a matching cowboy-themed hat as well.
Meanwhile, his wife Shibata looked picture perfect with her look which comprised of dark blue jeans and a black-toned leather jacket that was paired with a great blue patterned sweater.
To complete her ensemble, the 26-year-old opted for a matching bag over her shoulder while packing plenty of PDA with her husband as they made their way on Manhatten’s streets.
