President Trump appeared to like the title ‘Daddy’ that was given by the NATO chief during the Summit in Hague yesterday.
Secretary General Mark Rutte raised eyebrows when he used that term, and many were equally alarmed about what was going on here.
During Trump’s whirlwind press conference that marked the last appearance at the summit, one reporter shared how he felt when Rutte had called the American President as Daddy during the earlier part of the day.
‘No, he likes me, I think he likes me! If he does not, then I’ll let you know and I will come back and I will hit him hard, ok?’- Trump shared in a joking way during the press conference.
Trump continued that he did it very affectionately, though, ‘Daddy, you’re my daddy’- the president shared with a smile.
Clearly, that incident had many people laughing on the inside, and that includes Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who really found it so hard to control.
He just could not keep it together and bent down and giggled back and forth with his images going viral across the board.
