According to local media reports, the soldiers were immediately dismissed after they blatantly refused to travel to the war torn country and fight on Russia’s behalf.

Russian President Vladimir Putin had issued commands of traveling to Ukraine on an urgent basis and those who were seen defying the orders were sacked by Moscow on the spot, media outlets explained.

In the same way, it was revealed how the 12 soldiers that were assigned the command were seen arguing about how their military contracts were solely restricted to fighting for the Russian nation and had nothing to do regarding the ongoing conflict with Ukraine.

But that excuse was simply not good enough for Moscow.

These members of the Russian National Guard are also commonly named ‘Putin’s Private Army’.

“There is no legal basis for them to be deployed in the war torn country of Ukraine”- explained Pavel Chikov who is a human rights lawyer.

The fighters continued to refuse the orders being thrown at them like bullets, adding how it was not only wrong but also illegal. And this was nodded with firm affirmation by Chikov too who mentioned the same via Telegram, while speaking to The Times recently.

“None of these men had a foreign passport, nor did they have any form of intention of leaving their home country of Russia. Their direct or official duties have been limited by the Russian Federation”- Chikov continued.

It has also been revealed by local media outlets how none of these men were ever told about the special military operation or what their tasks in that mission would be. For this reason, they failed to give their consent for it, in the first place.
