35-year-old Marc Spagnuolo says he’s had a difficult life, going through plenty of medical tests, right before medical experts diagnosed him with a condition that includes incontinence.
Despite hiding it for nearly a decade, he has come out strong and is super proud to admit that he wears diapers on a regular basis at night to help control his condition.
At first, he used to blame his incontinence on his pet dog but as years passed by, he realized that there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed about.
“I do struggle sometimes with my bladder and my bowels and I’ve stayed quiet long enough since I was so embarrassed to speak about my health issues,” he revealed.
Now, he’s so bold and confident about the matter that you can find him making videos on TikTok that let others know that there’s nothing to be ashamed about because there are so many people with the condition.
The 35-year-old claims to be suffering from a disorder relating to nerve degeneration, commonly known as peripheral neuropathy in the world of medicine.
This means that whenever his bladder or his bowel is full, the brain does not receive the signal and hence he suffers from incontinence as a result.
“I was first diagnosed with the condition at the age of 15. I had to go through tons of tests to see what the matter was. I won’t lie, it does cause plenty of problems in my dating life,” the young man added.
At the moment, Marc is on the lookout for love and is being super open and honest about the condition, even on his dating profile.
And while some may be supportive and understanding about it, others aren’t as much.
