Paul Walker’s brother is making sure the late celeb’s legacy remains.
He was recently seen speaking about how much he adored the star and looked up to him and that’s why he opted to name his own son after him, exactly ten years after his brother’s death.
Cody Walker says his brother was his world and it was a judgment he made to name his son after him. He called it a no-brainer decision while shedding light on how brave, loving, and humble his friend was for him.
“It was just so important for me to have his name get carried on. I did not think twice. I loved him the most and I know his name would bring luck to my child”- he continued.
The actor died when he was just 40 in a horrific car accident, similar and ironic to the types he took part in while shooting for sequels of the hit movie series Fast and the Furious.
He added that the news marks a decade since his brother left the family and it’s a huge loss that they struggle to come to terms with on a daily basis.
Adorable pictures were then seen surfacing on Instagram and they featured the child and his brother playing with one another.
They came with the most beautiful caption that proved how much love the two brothers had and how the death of Paul Walker really took a toll on his life like no other.
Cody says that he would do anything to have Paul back with him but it’s just a bitter reality that he’ll have to live with for the rest of his life.
“He was our world and I hope by keeping my son with his name, I can carry on with his legacy”- he added.
