Elon Musk has been criticized for months regarding his brutal firing sprees where employees were sacked without any prior notice.

But one incident has left viewers shocked after the company opted to fire a leading disabled employee and locked access to his work files and computer, leaving him stunned.

On that note, the employee opted to contact Musk through a thread on Twitter as the firm’s HR department was yet to acknowledge if he was still employed or not.

But despite his major concerns getting outlined to Musk about his position, Musk refused to believe him. He instead opted to bash the employee and called him individually wealthy. He said that he needed to provide proof in the form of pictures if he was indeed telling the truth.

But the employee who goes by the name Haraldur mentioned how all of his work was situated on the Twitter workspace and since he was locked out of it, he could no longer gain access to it.

So he requested Musk for access so that he could get into his email. But the more he tried to make Musk realize that he was not lying, the more this billionaire refused to believe him.

But everything was out and open in the public eye. People were just so appalled by this behavior that they found it hard to come to terms with how the app’s chief just failed to acknowledge his employee despite him claiming to be an integral part of the organization.

Moreover, Musk even doubted his being disabled and that really struck the wrong chord for obvious reasons.

The employee started to reveal his life story and how hard it has been for him in general. He first talked about losing life in his legs and then his hands. And due to that, he was left with no decision but to take on a limited number of tasks.

The amount of bashing Musk received for this was shocking. People found him to be so insensitive and he is yet to acknowledge his mistake as many demand a public apology for his brutal reactions.
