Weddings hold a special significance in our lives but sometimes things don’t exactly go as planned.
Keeping that thought in mind, this next story seems to be related to that particular theme.
One young woman says she had plenty of aspirations regarding her journey in this world. As a little girl, she fantasized and daydreamed about every little thing related to her big day. But before she knew it, things didn’t quite go as she may have imagined them to.
This was a day that she and her partner were planning for ages. All the little details were on paper but little did they know that the bride’s mom would have all the final say in how the event would roll out in the end.
It’s just so tragic how it all happened. The devastating effects of her sister’s death took a toll on her and her whole family. They found it so hard to accept and never forget. And while she agrees the tragedy is massive, never in a million years did she wish for it to overshadow her big event.
But her Mom felt otherwise. She rolled out the cards in a manner that meant saying hello to a day full of tears and memories as well as flashbacks of her late daughter, instead of celebrating her current one who stood as a bride.
People were on the verge of tears and suddenly the whole aura of somberness took over. This was just not the vibes that the bride and groom were looking for and neither were they informed about this too.
But her mother thinks she did nothing wrong and that since the whole family was gathered, it was her duty to ensure her late daughter was remembered on this special night of hers.
