“My Children Don’t Need It!”- Mick Jagger Confirms He’ll Be Giving His Wealth To CHARITY


Mick Jagger is very open about who will attain his wealth after his death.

The leading singer hinted how his share of the famous back catalog from Rolling Stones will now be going to charity and not his own children.

80-year-old Rocker Mick who has eight kids isn’t in need of his $500 million to live on so he feels that the money should go to good use. “Why not do some good in this world with this endeavor”- he added.

In that particular interview, The Wall Street Journal mentioned how leaving funds to charity is an act that all of his followers can learn from and it can be a great moment of teaching for society as well.

The Stones were forced to handle themselves financially after coming face to face with some major issues regarding ownership rights. And today, they’re still not in possession of ownership rights of some of the biggest tunes like Paint it Black, Satisfaction, and even Jumpin Jack Flash.

Meanwhile, there are plenty of examples from the industry where artists did end up selling rights to their respective work in the past few years including the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Sting, and Paul Simon. Meanwhile, there is yet to be any kind of major decision attained regarding the famous Stones’ catalog.

Sir Mick’s daughter who happened to be a very successful model says she is very troubled by her own father’s remarks. It hurts her to see him behave like this in the public eye and certainly does not leave any good impression on fans who hold the family in high regard.
