Tanner Martin has passed away after a five-year journey with colon cancer.
The star was reportedly 30 at the time of his death, sources have confirmed.
The influencer’s death comes just 41 days after he welcomed baby number one, who is a baby girl. Both Martin and his partner, Shay Wright, were so excited to be parents for the first time, but fate had other plans.
Shay was famous with fans for documenting his colorectal cancer journey at a young age.
Wright shared the heartbreaking news in a post published on Instagram. It featured Tanner speaking directly into the camera in a pre-recorded announcement that he was dead.
‘Hey, it’s me, Tanner. If you are watching this, I am dead’- the post began.
He then went on to add how he enjoyed a wonderful life and decided to make this video announcing his death because he saw someone else do something like that before. ‘It’s a great opportunity to get all of your thoughts out there’- he explained. But the video was devastating for his fans.
