A woman from Brazil who went viral with her claims of marrying a ragdoll has now given birth.

As strange as it may sound, the woman says her mother made a ragdoll all by herself and she fell in love with it instantly. She called it the most instant and beautiful bond imaginable and since then, she’s been going viral with her claims.
The woman who goes by the name of Meirivone Rocha Moraes is 37 in age and says she was so tired of her single life. Hence, she wished to settle down with someone that was not only honest but loyal. And that’s when she met this ragdoll who is believed to have transformed her world forever.
The woman says she had no clue that she’d fall for a ragdoll but she did and now, Marcelo is her world and the couple has just welcomed a baby ragdoll into this world as well.
“I used to tell my mother that I hate being single. I don’t want to die alone. It’s just so frustrating. And that’s when her mom thought of the perfect solution. And that was the creation of a ragdoll all by herself. She named it Marcelo and gifted it as a partner to her daughter.
The duo does everything together and her favorite activity is going on dances with him. “I would struggle to find my partner for dance class but now, I’ve got one that’s always by my side”- she adds.
While the concept is fairly bizarre and strange to many, this couple is living and loving their life. Seeing Moraes marry a ‘toy’ and give birth to one has left plenty of loved ones’ eyebrows raised but she doesn’t mind.
“Life makes so much sense to me right now. But in the past, it didn’t. I couldn’t be more grateful for the world I’m in and the loving family by my side,”- she continued.
