A man from Australia is getting fame for finally getting to witness his lifelong dream of achieving fatherhood.

 

This has been a dream for him for ages and now that it is finally happening, people are stunned and can’t wait to learn more about his experience. 

The naturopath says his journey of being a single gay dad meant he had to face many hardships along the way. And therefore, he opted to turn into a father through surrogacy. 

The roadblocks and challenges were too many to count and while the whole process took years, he never once gave up. And now, the fruit is right in front of him.

The new dad who goes by the name of Shaun Resnik says he obtained his child through surrogacy and it was the best decision of his life. 

It’s been close to 3.5 years for the whole endeavor to work out in his favor but while it came with so many delays, the baby is happy and healthy, and gives him more contentment than anything else. 

Today, close to 100 babies are born to surrogates across the country every year. But for that to actually take place, they need to have approval from the Federal Government and that alone is never easy. 

The stage comes with obeying plenty of strict laws linked to Victoria and the process is very close to being impossible for those who are singles. 

But now that his story is out in the open, he really hopes it gets shared with others who aspire to reach the same goal of being a single dad but just cannot thanks to a lack of awareness and public information available. 

Referring to it as a love like no other, the 44-year-old says all the pain and struggles are worth it in the end when the baby is seen lying in front of your eyes.
