Ashley St Clair has decided to sue Elon Musk in a high-profile legal battle.
Ashley who is a conservative MAGA influencer was seen speaking about how she’s filed two petitions in Manhattan’s Supreme Court and is now seeking to legally establish Musk as the father of her child.
She is also keen on getting sole custody of him, an insider shared. The allegations of her being the mother of his 13th child are wild and have taken the world of social media by storm.
The child was said to be conceived during a January 2024 trip to St. Barths where they engaged in a romantic affair.
As per the documents that were filed on Friday, St. Clair asked the court to force Musk to undergo the genetic test to confirm that he is indeed the father.
If he is proven, this would make the baby his 13th child, adding another inheritor to his massive billionaire fortune. Despite the claims, Musk has yet to admit or deny that he is the dad.
The news comes at a time when Ashley’s own pal and MAGA influencer shared text messages about baby-trapping Elon and seducing him to give birth to his rocket babies.
