Sarah Vine is calling out actress Amber Heard for her actions after the verdict of the explosive defamation trial was revealed last week.
According to local media reports, the world celebrated when Amber Heard was held accountable for her actions and ordered to pay Johnny Depp a staggering $8 million for ruining his career after the jury felt she was certainly responsible for his defamation.
And now, Sarah Vine is called Amber Heard a huge setback for all women around the globe. She also says that it’s a huge shocker for many to see how a lady can fabricate so many lies and yet still expect the world to believe her.
Vine explained her initial reaction when the verdict was first revealed. And that included her running up to her mother and texting her friends and family members about how the verdict was out and it went in Johnny Depp’s favor.
“Johnny Depp has finally received Heard immunity”- stated the text. And during that time, she happened to be out with her girlfriend and that made the celebrations even more worthwhile for her.
While Sarah Vine says she never met the celeb like most other fans around the globe, there was certainly an instant connection that she felt towards him. She knew that this man was done wrong and he needed justice. Hence, when he received it, there was no turning back.
“There was so much more to the case than man bad, woman victim. The whole trial unfolded her lies and how she behaved. It was just embarrassing for so many other women to see”- Vine continued.
While she does acknowledge how Johnny Depp is no saint, she feels that in this particular case, he may have substance and behavior issues but was certainly not abusive towards his partner.
