Rosie O’Donnell has just issued an apology after she falsely branded the Minneapolis School shooter who murdered two kids as a MAGA Republican.
The comedian, whose longtime hatred and rivalry with Donald Trump led her to flee the nation and move to Ireland after he won the presidency, ranted to TikTok about Robin Westman on Friday.
‘Saw about Minnesota shooting, and it brought me back right to Columbine in 1999 when I just could not get enough of it through my head that students in America were shooting one another in schools’- she continued.
‘This was a church inside a Catholic School, and what do you know? This was a White guy, a Republican, MAGA person, what do you know? A white supremacist’- she added.
Despite her claims, Westman was a self-identified trans woman who had a nihilistic viewpoint and a serious obsession with past mass shooters.
Notably, she also mentioned how they had the words ‘kill Donald Trump’ mentioned in white on one of the weapons, as well as other kinds of racist and anti-semitic terms. Rosie says she was way out of line for saying all of that without any kind of credible evidence and vowed to be careful in the future. “I did say that out of emotion, and I do apologize for it,” she added.
